Auswahl und Realisierung einer Öffentlichkeitskampagne unter Einbezug der Winterthurer Bevölkerung zu den Themen eines ressourcen- und energiesparenden Konsums im Bereich der Ernährung

The goal of this project is to develop and realize an intervention to reduce energy and resource consumption in the domain of food through behavioural changes in the city of Winterthur. A set of interventions is developed in close collaboration with the city of Winterthur. This set will be discussed with citizens in focus groups to identify most promising and societally accepted interventions.
