IT-Services for Innovation (Assessment)

The first phase of the project reviewed the organizational structure and various current structures and processes in the IT area of an energy supply company, including an assessment of its provided services. We paid particular attention to current strengths of the areas and processes in place. In the second phase, the focus was on the current innovation process and the expectation of their actors in terms of improvements in their respective areas. The results achieved enabled the development of a catalogue of requirements for the IT, for the change management and for the optimization of the underlying IT operating processes.
