Work Package 2 (2018)
The third SHEDS wave in 2018 tested different instruments for changing behavior/reducing energy demand in the area of individual mobility. To this end, five choice experiments have been included in SHEDS. These experiments have been developed together with members of SCCER Mobility and the JA Mobility and build a strong interface between CREST WP2 and JA Mobility. As in 2017, these new experiments benefited from the large body of psychological, sociological, and economic variables available from SHEDS. Based on these experiments, a first paper on autonomous driving has been submitted and is already under revision and several groups presented first results at the Behave Conference (September 2018). But, as most groups are still working on analyzing the data, we expect the majority of findings to become available in 2019/2020. These will then be disseminated via established channels (report, focus group, white paper, scientific publications).
