Work Stream 1

Work stream 1 analyzes mobility behavior and its legal, sociological, and economic determinants and uses this information to propose measures that can either reduce mobility demand, or lead to a less energy-intensive mobility (by influencing modal choice, vehicle choice or promoting new types of mobility, such as sharing or eventually also automated mobility services).

The analysis is based to a large extent on stated preferences (app and survey) and covers the end consumer’s responses to policy and legal instruments as well as to potential business models for new types of mobility.
